Located within a 133-year old structure believed to be the oldest remaining building on Columbus’s historical Capitol Square, this 6,000 SF adaptive reuse draws from this heritage to create a dynamic, new home for the Capitol South Community Urban Redevelopment Corporation. Based on perhaps the most quintessential of ancient architectural archetypes, the rotunda, the elongated curved walls of the lobby impart a significance to the common meeting area. |
