Located in the King-Lincoln District of Columbus, Ohio, an area once known as the “Cradle of Jazz”, the building, like that of jazz, has a variety of character and nuances; one building with three distinct facades. And like that of jazz musicians, Miller/Watson embraced the spirit of improvisation by infusing rich colors and multiple materials that successfully harmonizes with the spirit and rhythm of the surrounding neighborhood. With a respectful nod to its heritage the newly renovated Alpha Building will once again continue to serve the community for which it was built.
