"Miller/Watson
was instrumental in helping me restore the historic Alpha Building,
they achieved the perfect blend of historic renovation and design
flair, while bringing the structure up to date with modern code
requirements." - Peter F. Loscocco, Owner |

Located in the King-Lincoln District of Columbus, Ohio, an area
once known as the “Cradle of Jazz”, the building, like
that of jazz, has a variety of character and nuances; one building
with three distinct facades. And like that of jazz musicians, Miller/Watson
embraced the spirit of improvisation by infusing rich colors and
multiple materials that successfully harmonizes with the spirit
and rhythm of the surrounding neighborhood. With a respectful nod
to its heritage the newly renovated Alpha Building will once again
continue to serve the community for which it was built. |
